Thread: Firewall, which one

Which firewall (if any) are you using?
Me: Windows Firewall.

I have the firewall turned off on my desktop Win 7 64 bit Pro and my wife's XP Pro laptop. Don't need a software firewall since I depend on the hardware firewalls in my 2Wire and Dlink routers.

I use Online Armour.

right, windows firewall works good for me.

Don't need one.........running Linux Ubuntu 10.10. No viruses, no malware just safe surfing.

I now use Apple exclusively plus Safari - do I need a firewall?

If you are using a router, most of them have a hardware firewall, making a software firewall moot.
