    More "too late" questions

So I got a bit excited the other night when I saw a lovely looking lens going cheap on ebay. I managed to snap it up for £15 inc postage. It's in great nick, no dust or scratches or dings. It has a screw on filter of some sort (not sure what). It's very pretty. But I have realised I'm not actually sure what it's for.

So - what would YOU do with a Canon FD 135mm f3.5-32 lens?

I'll get it on the NEX tonight and see what it can see.

good gravy that'll be HUGE on your NEX. Assuming you can balance it on there, you'll be able to get some crazy shallow DOF. I'd use it for shooting bokeh city lights.

What would I do with it?
I'd go out and take photographs with it, Heather ... it'll be sharp as you like, I expect ... point it at some birdies

I have done, yes. It really need to be on a tripod or perched on top of something though, its very wobbly image wise.

Well, remember to clean your kitchen unit before you try to take pictures of strawberries on it. Just like I didn't.

PS it's a Vivitar 70-210, Canon FD fit. Cheap off ebay.
