Thread: Hello from the Bay of Fundy

Hello, everyone.

I've stumbled upon this site while researching a replacement for my old Minox 35ML. In recent years, I've been all DSLR but miss carrying a high image quality pocketable camera.

Other than copious family photos, my primary interest is in B+W.

Other interests include cycling, vintage fountain pens.

Looking at the GR Digital III currently, would like to hear opinions.

The GRD III is a great little camera, with excellent controls and handling. The limitations need to be noted, however: small sensor and fixed focal length lens. It's the camera that I never left home without until a few weeks ago...when I acquired a GRD iV!

You should check out threads here, on the Ricoh forum and Flickr groups to see what amazing photos people are able to squeeze out of this little gem.
