    OMD Overkill (Camera porn)

    The 45 1.8 is a wimpy looking glass, so here's the samyang 85 1.4 K to M mount and M mount to m4/3 :)
Thanked by Luke, christilou, nikki and 1 others.

The size is impressive, but do you know how to use it? Sample photos, please!

Ok I went out and shot everything on 1.4, i know you want the bokeh. Easier to focus than I thought it would be, and wasn't really diligent in it. You will want to use the LCD tho.
On a very quick glance it looks that there is some fringing involved. I don't know if the adapters make an extention tube but the fl should be around 170mm. 170mm at 1.4.... shouldn't rival the bokeh of the canon 200 2.8? Maybe I don't know.
ANYWAY. Here's couple of shots with small jpgs. With the RAWs.

    Thanks!

Not to criticize you in any way (and im viewing this via iphone's teensy screen so i can't see whole image) but is the image soft, or just missed the focus?

Btw - i really want an 85mm for an upcoming trip, and bit the bullet yesterday.

Im sure I slightly missed the focus, I was in a rush, you bit the bullet but remember it acts like a 170 on m43
