Fall Color
Fall colors are beginning here, in central Kentucky. Maybe a bit early, caused by dry weather? Add yours.

Autumn is EASILY my favorite season.....for life in general and especially for photography. We're a couple weeks away yet, but I'll load this thread up like nobody's business.

These are from the XZ1. I stole it the other day from my girlfriend just to give it a spin. She's been enjoying it for casual snapshots. I find myself underestimating the shallowness of the DOF at the long end at f2.5. Its amazingly sharp. We normally don't see fall colors until mid to end of October. We had such a hot and dry early summer with a wet and mild end of summer that trees around buildings and less densly wooded area are turning or are just dying and falling off. Just a few images.
Now this seems more like a "Spring" image than a fall image. Not sure if one of the lady bugs is really a "lady".
And one more. Changing into fall. These leaves are dying before they even have a chance.
