Such a lovely contrast between yours, Julien, and yours, Barrie. The swift of foot with such fine lines...on the cobblestones...and this pair of "gentle giants".

    Thank you both.

A few from today's short walk.

I've heard of pink elephants, but pink horses?

Rainy day today but I went to have a look at some real estate property, 8 acres, and found these adorable miniatures who came up to the fence to say hello:

Why did they cover the horse's eyes?

    Nice expansive property there.

I understand that it is to keep the flies off (not as big a problem as in Oz though)

The property is next to a Polo/equestrian Centre which is in the middle of a public owned country park. It is 10 minutes walk from my home which is still technically within Greater London and the park is on the border.

What a wonderful series... This one, I think, is my favorite but there are others on your Flickrstream that I also like very much, James. I can see a children's book with these photographs. You're really doing beautifully with your M8. You should be very pleased.
