Climbing Rose Bushes
I gave these to my wife in years past as small plants. I planted them by deck poles and here is what they have become as of last month. (Disclaimer for the rose experts: I know nothing about raising roses nor the proper ways to trim climbing roses.)
Both shots were taken with the NEX5, 18-55mm.

Panasonic G1 with 105mm, f/2.8 Sigma DG Macro, minimal post processing of the raw file in Bibble Pro 5, the image is not cropped.

Rosa mundi - a very old cultivar - this is just a small part of a long thick hedge ... when it starts to bloom ... I will take more snaps
