This is a C/Y to Leica M adatper. Fotodiox brand. I picked it up with a Contax camera and have no use for it (no Leica M lenses). It looks pretty much new to me. Includes box. Given that I cannot test it I will offer to take it back if it does not work for some reason. Prices seem to be $35+ on ebay, so hopefully this is a decent deal for someone who can use it.
