My friend received a Nikon V1 as a gift from his girlfriend at Christmas. The relationship was doomed. He played with it a bit and doesn't care for it. He brought it over to my house to try to sell to me. I played with it a bit. It's cool and does some neat stuff, but it's not the right camera for me. I thought about buying it because it was cheap, but that's the wrong reason to buy a camera.

The shutter count looks to be around 50 which sounds right based on what my friend says. There were some nose prints on the LCD that wiped right off. To me it is indistinguishable from a new one.....even the packaging is totally intact. The only problem is she didn't give him the receipt and he won't ask for it now.

It's $349 at B & H which is the current lowest price I could find. He's willing to sell it for $265 shipped in the US. Feel free to ask any questions.
