My 2 favorite bands have both been inducted, so the RRHoF and I are cool
(they're the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Sly and the Family Stone, by the way)

I think Canada should have its own Hall of Fame ...

I think you are right, Gary.... Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, Bryan Adams and Nickelback just to name a few.
Just kidding my Canadian friends! I love Neil, The Band, Arcade Fire, Japandroids, The Tragically Hip, just to name a few!
But... think I would be good with our own Minnesota (nearly Canada) Hall of Fame with just The Replacements, Husker Du and Prince!

I'm not sure I'd class Randy Newman as rock and roll, but I would class him as awesome. I've been to see him a couple of times and he's great value for money. There is a certain genius in writing the same song 40 times, all the same and yet all different. He himself says it's like Mozart, but shittier, and in only two keys.

These guys are so cool. They just play their music. Neil Peart considers Rush as basically his day job. When not on tour he just chills out in the Canadian winters and snowshoes in the silence. Imagine how many calories he must burn during each show.
