I'm sure that there would be some form of adapter. A lot of people in various Canon forums think that compatibility with the EF and EFS lenses is the most important fetaure of a Canon mirrorless body, but I suspect that the combination will be as uunwieldy and generally unpleasant as any mirrorless sytem before it that has allowed compatibility with existing DSLR lenses. I don't think that backwards compatibility should be a priority.
