Wow, thanks Mark for the info (too late for me as well).
Just a reminder that I loaded up a different version of the book today for those who wanted photographer and title on the actual photo pages. So there are 2 versions available for you to choose from.

Darn it Mark!!!!! Oh well, so it goes. Glad you saved yourself some with that "DERBY" however you found that tidbit out.
But the good news is that I've ordered my copy as well - and Luke, thanks so much for adding the details on this version!
