Thread: SEL 55-210mm

I recently bought this lens and yesterday took the kids (ahem) out to the zoo:

Nice shot and sharpness, but the photo belongs in the "self portrait" section !

Anyway, seriously, i just got my 55-210 yesterday. (together with the 50mm)

It's a great lens though i've only just been able to get some quick garden shots (blame the bad weather).
But I can see that it is quite sharp (a lot better then for example the canon 55-250), even at the long end.

Can't wait to give a real spin, but waiting for sunny days...

so it's worth it to go for this lense to go with my nex 5n? $350 on amazon sounds reasonable.

It's definitely worth it. If you don't already have the 18-200, that is.
