Thread: Dust !

Yeah, the later Canon G series cameras are known for ingesting dust through the lens. It remains to be seen if the G1X will have the same problem, although one thing in it's favour is it's larger sensor. That tiny speck of dust on the GRD is like shooting a spitball on a larger sensor!

Yesterday i received an email from the service dept at Ricoh saying they were going to start the work on my GRD.
Today i had another mail saying it was finished and dispatched .
So, thank you Ricoh UK for being so prompt. Fingers crossed it returns safe sound and properly fixed.
