This is a real nice thread with many good images.
It comforts me knowing that there are shooters amongst us that still appreciate the G cameras. The G9 is still my favorite digital camera.

Here's one of my favorites from my G10. Taken at the Dallas Arboretum in May of 2009.

Good shooting,
Otto...

I advertised my G11 for sale yesterday, put a stupidly low price on it and got a response tonight... that was when I realised I actually don't want to sell it. I'll have to ring the guy tomorrow and tell him no.

Sue, I've done something similar...not with a camera but some other belongings. Once I had to run down the street after someone and buy a couple of things back! Good for you for realizing more quickly than I! Love that landscape - great colors.
Jim, is this where you live or was it on a vacation? I'm completely jealous!

BB,
it is where i always stay over, the hyatt regency, when i have meetings
with the customer; ~270km east of my home. the sunrise there is very
beautiful if the timing is right. it was nice clear morning, a very good day
for a swim.
i live in the west coast of a peninsular and could take only sunset but did
not have the opportunity yet. i will sure to post the photos when i do.
so, the answer is "neither"... therefore, you do not need to be jealous.
(because the timing always do not allow me to enjoy the facilities and the beach)
Thanks for viewing.
Regards,
Jimmy
