    Leica M9P Maiden Voyage

I took my brand new Leica M9P for its maiden voyage today. These were the best of the bunch:

"Escuela de Artes Plásticas" was shot with the 35mm 2.5 Color Skopar, the rest with the 50mm 2.8 M Elmar. Processed from DNG with ACR and PS CS5. B&W conversions with Silver Efex Pro 2.0.

    Cheers,

    Antonio

Well, what beautiful photographs. Awesome camera and lens, allied to great skills and the 'eye'. So much texture. Wow.

I would love to stretch to an M9, but it would not be responsible move right now; one more kid to help through university.

Thanks for sharing, and congratulations on the new camera. It really suits you.

Looks like the M works for you. Love the processing as well.

Antonio - you are a bad man - the world economy is in recession and you are encouraging, nay, more than that, tempting people to spend money and the urge may become compelling for some.

I'm sticking with my M8 otherwise I'll have to buy another wardrobe for the additional shoes that my wife will buy to even things up.

Wonderful images, you have a good eye, and also the skill to maximise PP techniques to enhance your images further.

No no no - I must resist
