    Agreed, Andy!

M5-User, you've really nailed the intensity of the act of choosing a video so wonderfully! This picture was made for B&W and using the depth of field the way you have adds to the feeling of intensity but gives us the wonderful juxtaposition of this young boy's relaxed enjoyment of just being there, while his mother (I think she is his mother) is in the same moment, her experience is so different. Childhood and adulthood - beautifully depicted here.

One favor - can you add in which camera you were using? Thanks!

Bill, going back a few posts also I prefer the splash of colour version. I think the red lettering makes a good impact without overwhelming or distracting from the rest of the image. I also prefer the darker more contrasty look of this one.
    Thanked by BBW.

Christina, I saw this last night and it was either too late or something, so I didn't post my immediate impressions. This is a lovely, poignant portrait of a young girl, looking to me as though she is still at that lovely age where she's unaware of her own beauty. Is it, by chance, a photo from the past that you redid after scanning.

Rosie appears innocent and perfect, unaware of herself and happy in her black velvet coat. Love this one, Christina.
    Thanked by christilou.

I like that one (The houses on stilts!) BB. Lots of nice detail there and the clouds look really good.
