If I were that handsome, I'd be checking myself out as well......LOL. Actually, he's more likely watching a squirrel and wishing my wife would finish drying him off so he could go break it's neck.

Little B looking sleepy in the early morning sunlight. He stole grapes today and is now back at the vets for an overnight stay having been made sick, (grapes are toxic to dogs). All being well, he'll be home tomorrow but I can't help worrying about him. He must be wondering why he's been abandoned there :( I think Little B must be rivalling Steve's dogs for veterinary bill costs!

I hope Little B gets well quickly. (He is one of my favorite internet pooches.) I guess I'll stop providing Cook with her daily glass of wine.

I find it so odd that dogs and humans, (fellow mammals with similar digestive systems), cannot handle all the same foods. I have a physician friend who loves The Cook, we had a number of discussions on this. He agrees also that it is odd. I'm sure that there are some simple explanations, but he (physician) and I (marine biologist) don't have that particular knowledge. So we discuss.

The Cook recently had ACL surgery, kept her out of the 2012 season. The cost of that could have been used to opened up a µ4/3 store (well almost).

Oh, gosh - I hope Little B and The Cook will both be right as rain, if they aren't already.

It's terrible when our friends get sick and they're always so stoic.

She's lovely with that woolly terrier fur that's so appealing. I didn't know that it was possible to to ACL surgery on dogs! I wouldn't stop with her daily tipple though, she's probably become hardened to it's effects by now :)

The surgery was in June, with a three month recovery period. Crated in the beginning with exercise periods increasing over time. She's fully recovered and running very close or equal to before. Thanks for the tip on not stopping wine with her evening meal. She's enjoying her reds.
