Cool shot. I think they must be checking this thread and improving their poses.

He is now limping badly. I'm pretty sure its just a strain, but i'll keep my eye on him.

Keep us posted on Taz, please.
Really enjoying everyone's photos here. Beautiful puppy nianys - I'm so glad that his ears weren't cut...I think it really helps tone down their stereotypical "guard dog" image. And Christina, I think I want to be Little B!

Poor Taz. Keep him boxed in for a while. Yesterday, took Cook to the vet, her right-hind leg is overly stiff and she limps a bit when she initially gets going. Vet said she blew out her right leg ACL. Last year she blew out her left leg, now the right. Crap. I feel for her as the recovery is long and slow.

Oh ! TAz's picture is fantastic, and I hope he's doing better. Thanks for the kind words on Colt, he's a special puppy. I have mixed feeling regarding cropped ears, but overall I'm glad Colt's are not, mostly because as big and impressive as he'll be soon, cropped ears would make it a little too scary for comfort...

Sorry to hear about Cook, Gary. Hope she makes a complete recovery and that it's not too taxing on you both.
Buster is such a character - love his snow beard!

Thanks. Her left leg, the first ACL surgery, is working quite well now ... actually surprisingly, well. The recovery period is between two to three months. First fully crated for a couple of weeks. Then short walks and incrementally (every week) adding a few minutes to her walks. For the first month or so I gotta lift her over steps and keep her on a leash (typically we walk without a leash, so she'll be in pain and feel like she being punished by having to succumb to a leash.)
Just one of those long term things that you just gotta do.

I for one would love to give the Cook a big squeeze, if I knew it would help.
Best wishes to her.

Thanks, she is such a great little girl. I hate to see her limp. (I'll give her a hug for you.)
