i bet some might think i didn't compensate properly for the metered exposure in snow, but I did - this is exactly how dim it was in the woods!

I've shot in this kind of light and have gotten similar results. I mean you could hit it with a contrast adjustment to make the white whiter and the dark darker but then that wouldn't be natural, would it ;)
