    New X-Pro body firmware

There's new firmware, version 1.10 for the X-Pro body. I don't believe there's anything for the lenses. Some minor fixes and rumors of improved parallax and low light AF...

As usual, it will erase all of your settings, so make sure you know 'em before you update.

    Thanks Ray

I just checked and the parallax has indeed been improved, the framelines are so much more accurate, I havent checked the low light AF yet or the M adaptor functions.
    Thanked by Armanius.

Yup! Listening to you, Ray, Bob and Terry in the podcast pushed me over the edge. Plus I also thought I needed to broaden my photographic horizons

I want this camera, but I think I going to wait for the next gen. I tested one and was blown away by the sharpness and IQ of it.

Yup, I'm shooting with both the NEX-7 and the Xpro, and like it was mentioned in the podcast the reaction of some people are quite strange, I absolutely love the expression of some "opinionated" people when I tell them that I'm using the Xpro / NEX-7, and I get branded a hater/troller, fanboy/girl, etc.......then I tell them I also love shooting with my Xpro / NEX as well, the arguement tends to stop very quickly

Manual focusing seems improved as the magnification is crisper....

Framelines really more accurate? Which lens is this with? Do you mean that what you now get in the shot more accurately reflects what you see within the framelines?

I must give it a try!
