Thread: Spain/ Fuji XPro/E-M5

Just arrived in Spain for a short trip, so far wifi has been suspect, so after this sample may have to wait until I get back to post much more but here is a sample from my arrival day, Night stuff Fuji, the one day shot Olympus, I just love shooting the Xpro at night just incredible.

Where are you staying at Bob? Madrid and/or elsewhere?

Few days in Madrid, Rioja, Bilbao, Ibiza, Madrid, we are here for a close friends wedding and took some time for our selves, along with seeing old friends and my wife's relatives in the Basque country.

Sounds like a fun trip! I haven't been in Spain since 1992.

Looks like both 3 and 4 are daylight shots, but I'm guessing 4 is the OMD shot using the dramatic tone art filter? Or did you do the processing after the fact? In which case I'm not sure which is the OMD shot...

actually 4 is the only daylight shot, done with the OMD and then played with in post processing, all the others are at either 3200 or 6400 ISO with the Xpro1. The last time I was in Spain about 5 or 6 years ago I was working in Barcelona, great city, street photo paradise. This time besides the wedding in Madrid, my wife to see some of her cousins in Bilbao, and we have friends who live in Ibiza, so that is why we are going. Never been to Ibiza so I am curious. Any where in Spain is cool, stayed last night in this amazing hotel in a little town in the northern part of Rioja
