Thread: X-E1 + 35/1.4 = Superb images

Hi all. Just beginning to experiment with my new X-E1 and 35/1.4 (reminds me of the PanaLeica 25/1.4). This shot is from indoor (dim lighting) SOOC (resized web). I'm sure the lens will be better outdoors as well...

Note - YES, the background is busy (though the wide aperture helps), but given the location, it was difficult to 'stage' this candid. Enjoy...

I absolutely agree!!! One of the very best lenses I have ever used. Awesome! The Fuji XF 18-55mm f2.8-4 is by far the best kit lens I have ever used too!!

It is indeed very good. Combined with the Fuji sensor, it (and the other lenses) are delivering photographs with a beautiful aesthetic.
