You certainly can create a harmful video sequence... if you try pretty hard, that is. For example, watching swirling black and white stripes for a long time will create a serious vase of vertigo even in a healthy person. The same with flashing sequences, they're harmful to people with epilepsy (which is actually very widespread, but more often than not latent). But saying that "any moving video object is potentially harmful" is roughly the same as saying that any food is potentially deadly. Should people stop eating then?
