Just next to Lake Ewana, outside of Klamath Falls, Oregon, there are several large trees which serve as roosting spots for flocks of Night Herons. They are rather prehistoric looking birds. I was lucky enough to surprise these two Night Herons having a slight argument over who gets to sit on which branch.
