Micro 4/3 Micro 4/3 samples

Another photograph taken with what may well be the cheapest - and smallest - mu4/3 lens ever made ... the dinky Olympus 15mm BCL, Body Cap Lens. Mounting it on a GX1 body makes for a tiny, tidy package. And in spite of its limitations, the lens is rather fun -

Two more from the 'lowly' 15mm Olympus Bodycap lens, on my long-in-the-tooth Lumix GX1. The first was seen wandering around the small Oregon town I live -

The second glimpsed on a recent trip up to the top of the state - to the city of Salem - where old cars find new life -

One thing that keeps me in mu43 is the collection of really good inexpensive lenses. The biggest problem with the 14 is the marvelous quality of the the 20. Since they fixed the original Oly 14-42 collapsible zoom which had some weird behavior at certain common shutter speeds, I don't hesitate to use any mu43 lens if it's Fl, speed, etc. are appropriate for the situation.

last Sunday's hike under Mt Hood. Temperatures finally went down a bit over here (but that also meant some clouds moving in)
