</br>Description</br> Having upgraded to an X-E1 it's time for my cossetted X100 to go.

Has taken less than 1000 shots (guess I'm more of a GAS victim than a photographer :eek:)

Yes Mark - $755 which nets me around $650.
Yeah the fees on there are utterly ridiculous...though the T3 and (so it seems) the RX100 sold there - while no luck elsewhere. Got a decent price on the T3 but eroded my baseline on the RX100. Oh yeah and it seems eBay got a second bite of the cherry with the Paypal transaction :dash2:
 
All this is why I don't even try to sell on ebay. Have you guys ever tried other places?
Yeah but without much luck. Traffic on here or bigger players like GetDPI, FredMiranda or RFF.com, is sketchy for Aussie sellers. Otherwise home-grown classifieds like gumtree, allclassifieds or cameramarket are hit and miss. Gumtree has gotten the most interest but also a high proportion of potential buyers who are models floating in the middle of the Pacific who want to buy the camera for their dying uncle and will pay full price via Paypal and have an agent pick-up...
eBay is my usual fall-back position in the second week....and it often quickly gets to that point.
