What image editor are you using? Adobe Elements didn't do a good job of displaying it - said it was intended for video and washed it out some - but I selected all, cut it, resized the blank canvas by 20 pixels, used the paint bucket to fill it with black, and dropped it back on it, and it looked pretty sharp. Then I deleted everything because I realized I didn't have permission to play with your work. If you have an iPad or iPhone or an equivalent Android, most of the photo apps come with frames. The trick there is going to be keeping that nice shadow on the right hand side, the frame will plop down over the image.
