I always liked Herman's A-Z group challenge so thought I'd resurrect it. This time using towns, cities and countries as the subjects.

The rules. Start at A and, as a group, we will work our way through to Z. A is the first letter of the alphabet so one photo of a place beginning with A, for example, Australia. B is the second letter of the alphabet so two photos, C is the third so three photos, and so on. Some letters are more challenging than others.

Please join in and take us around the world with your serious compacts!

I'll start:)

Thanks for starting us off. I've not been to Turkey yet though know a lot of folk who go there regularly. Looks an interesting place to visit.

Ankara is the capital, but mostly developed after the republic established in 1923. Istanbul has more to offer w/ history and nature...

There should only be 1 photograph for A, 2 photographs for B, 3 photographs for C, 4 for D, and so on. Once the letter has been used up the next person should select the next letter. It's easier if folk number the picture, for example:

A1 Australia
B1 Berlin, Germany
B2 Budapest, Hungary
C1 Canterbury, England
C2 Cairo, Egypt
C3 Croatia and so on

This way we will know which one is next.

Does that make more sense?

LOL still need the last D before we can go on to E. For E we will need 5 place names (as it is the fifth letter of the alphabet) then on to F which will need 6 photos before going on to G, and so on.
