so a friend of mine is looking to upgrade cameras from the ep3 i gave him last april
first he was looking at an ep5, then a fuji x100, and then bounced around with a few other cameras for a short bit
so all of a sudden HAD to do a comparo from my x100 (orig), rx1, and em1
straight out of camera jpgs... i found the olympus most useable. the fuji needed some -exposure, and the sony had some wonko colors, tho had the most rich feel as well
tweaking the files, the fuji was "fixed" very easily. the oly was only a lil bit more difficult, and the sonys color made it a nightmare to try to match to the others(tho i tend to like the weird color when not flipping back n forth with the other cams in a same shot scenario)
so now i think i need to sell all my cameras except for either the x100 or the rx1 - depending on if i want smaller camera and accurate colors, or the richness of ff sensor - plus i love me some leaf shutters - and then take all that money on some amazing trip! or spend it on a lot of printing! i need more walls!
the oly getting knocked out due to being an ILC... im not good with options.. i get caught up in the idea of CHOICE. plus its the bulkiest option for me and the only one i cant use a finger strap as my sole means of holding onto it(which im obsesso over)
and now ive just bought a case for the x100 from amazong that i found in a flickr photo
National Geographic Bag for x100

if only i could find a deep rich brown skin...
i think i need a hot dog, and some uncraziness.
have a good night folks!
