Nice set - #6 is my favorite by far though. Brilliant minimalist composition really well executed in the "extreme" B&W.

It's not the camera, my friend, although it's a handy little tool for sure...

These all show such a good sense of composition. Really impressed. The first, with the kids, is intriguing in that the scale looks off... it looks initially like a shot of a mid-sized room, and then you see the children and realize how BIG all those other things must be.

To all, thank you VERY much for the lovely comments! On nr.1 KillRamsey said it is intriguing in that "the scale looks off... it looks initially like a shot of a mid-sized room, and then you see the children and realize how BIG all those other things must be."

What I wanted to add is that the GR captured EXACTLY what I saw, such is the strength of the camera. One really had to stand there and look carefully at different elements in that hall to properly assess relative sizes. The overhead work of art for instance (which didn't really make much of an artistic impression on me) looks far away when you stand there, looking straight ahead. It is only when you let your eye go to the posted-off area on the ground floor, intended to prevent people from touching the base which hangs a few feet above the ground, that you actually and with a shock realize it is so big!
