Happy Thanksgiving!!

Any reprieve for Mr. Turkey there?

We (I) definitely have a lot to be thankful during this Thanksgiving season, and all year round too! One of them is this great site run by great folks. Thanks Amin! And thanks Don and BB for a job well done!!

The two females were put in the freezer about two months ago because they were getting after my chickens causing them to quit laying eggs. The big tom left us about a month ago and is going in the smoker in the morning, all 37 pounds.

The last one has been pardoned until at least Christmas. He is lonely for his friends and likes to peck on the door windows because he thinks it's his old sparring buddy on the other side.

Happy Thanksgiving to all here in the USA and expats who are celebrating around the world. Much to be thankful for, as well, Armando.

And Ricky, I'll be looking forward to some of your Thanksgiving Day food photos next!(y)

Time to start preparing!

Happy thanks giving to all here at SC. yes even you Billn, although not sure, the engench (english and french) celebrate at all but all my best to you and
each member here. Yes we do have alot to be thankful for, its just that sometimes I loose track of what matters most. A roof over my head, a bed, food to
eat, a good women and friends, in no particular order. God bless
Pete

Please pray for the Cards this weekend...we really suck (arizona cardnals)

Well, I suppose his old sparring buddy is indeed "on the other side," so to speak! If there's an "other side" for turkeys!

Enjoy the turkey tomorrow!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I saw a few wild turkeys hiding out by the train tracks a couple days ago... actually, they were eating corn off the side of the road near a large grain elevator.
