Anybody got any ideas for a nice small shoulderbag case that can hold both the X10 and X100 + spare batteries ?
All suggestions are welcome

Domke F5XB - you'll be delighted!

I've seen the domke f5xb quite some times already (online, not irl) but i think it might look a bit too much like a girl purse when wearing it

The NG bag looks nice (i have a small africa pouch for my x10 and really like it)
so it would def fit an X10 and X100 (maybe with uv adapter)

Yep! And if you have a regular cellphone, there's a pouch for that as well. Plus it has a waterproof lining on the inside though I haven't gotten it wet as yet, so am not sure how effective it is. It's the only sling pouch I found that didn't look like a "manbag". This 42 Below Vodka viral has ruined bags for me forever.

i don't mind if it doesn't fit my cellphone
as long as it can fit my two camera's and spare batteries.

does the bag hang nice and still around your bodywhen you walk around ?
so in other words, not shaking around all the time

The bag hangs to the side next to your hip, like a holster. It has a nice broad strap that helps plant it snug against your torso. It doesn't jostle around. What is a bit irritating though, is having to stuff in the camera strap every time, I wish this bag had a side pop out option like the Black Rapid Snapr.

i think i'll really like the NG bag, though i just saw the domke F8

might be perfect for my x10/x100 combo
anybody got any experience ?

What is a Domke F8? I have an F 803, which is basically identical to the 802 (both messenger bag style bags). If that's what you're thinking of, they're really big for just carrying an X100 and X10. Very deep, big pockets, etc. I carry a full (and I mean FULL) m43 setup with that bag sometimes, but not just a couple of small cameras. I have a Domke 5XB which doesn't look like a purse at all to me. I generally wear it as a sling and the bag usually rides on my lower back with the strap over my left shoulder and under my right arm, with the bag sliding around my right hip as I move it from the front (for access) to the back (for walking and shooting). Its a perfect size for my X100, X10, and Ricoh GXR 28, along with extra batteries and other small accessories.

For two small cameras with fixed lenses, there are probably a hundred workable options. But the Domke 802/803 is just too much bag.

If you don't mind spending more than you really have to, Billingham has a great lineup of messenger style camera bags. Extremely high quality. It's the more "classic" looking stuff if you like that. Given that you like the X10 and X100, and I'm assuming you would. :)

The Hadley lineup would be perfect. I recently took a trip and used the X10 and X100 only. I carried both in my Hadley Pro. But I had lots of room to spare. So I think if you are not carrying much else, the Small or Digital might work.

If you are in the US, you can get them from BH, Adorama, and Amazon.

OK, sorry, found the F8. Looks almost identical to the fxb, slightly less length, slightly more depth and width. Exterior pocket instead of interior. Looks just as much or as little like a purse! :D

Looks fine. Probably a good size - a little more than you'd need, but room for a flash or some other accessory as well as the two cameras. As noted I use mine for three small cameras, but two would work, maybe laying down rather than standing on their sides. Actually, its got additional pockets in the ends and in the flap. Jeez, now you've got me interested in this one. I may have to get one of these to replace the 5 XB. Looks like a bit of an improvement in terms of how the space is configured and the pockets...

Anyone want a used 5XB?

Lol @ ray & Isoterica

But actually i'd really prefer a small leather bag , that would be real cool
So far i prefer the ng sling
the domke F8 seems to be very expensive here (140 euro !!!)

I wish it was leather, hey, I don't care if it looks like a purse! :D Already using a Lucky Brand messenger bag in orange! It's big though.
