Thanks BB, I think the X100 OVF is really very useful for critical timing... I just need more practice, both with the X100 and in 'reading' subjects on the street. Will post more images later, just waiting for the cable guy to deliver a new modem  Cheers Brian

Fuji Latest email from Fuji with "X100 in Action" section on their website

Well, they're certainly listening - but whether the feedback is going into an X100 firmware update, or development of an X200 is anyone's guess! Only time will tell - meanwhile, I can live with the current rev 1.1 alright  Cheers Brian

Ray, you really do love that dramatic tone art filter, don't you? It would be good to see a shot of it attached to your E-PL3 - it's a fantastic match... Good luck with your sale - this is an underrated lens imho, I'm keeping mine.

Fuji So I walk into the local camera store...

Congratulations Andrew, I had a very similar experience... Came across one by chance at my local photography store - one play and I was sold! It's been solid love ever since, what surprises me is how long it's taken to return to these kind if economics - the X10 looks to continue the feel...

Interesting, try going to CAMERA MENU->DISP. CUSTOM SETTING->EVF/LCD->ELECTRONIC LEVEL... and untick the box. Now, go to CAMERA MENU->DISP. CUSTOM SETTING->OVF->ELECTRONIC LEVEL... and make sure the box is ticked. Still getting the same? Cheers Brian

The zero vibration shutter really helps! Actually, I normally have auto ISO (up to 3200 ISO) engaged, but in this case had it switched off and ISO set to 200. Brian

Sony Leaked Images of Upcoming Sony NEX Lenses Surface in DPReview Forums

Step 1. Work all the way up to biggest, most expensive DSLR with highest possible IQ. Step 2. Realise that high performance digital cameras need heavy, expensive and bulky high quality glass. Step 3. Gradually stop using above, due to impracticality of lugging around for shooting when needed...
