    Just checked with other card...IT WAS THE CARD!!! It's a extreme sandisk 45mb, it's odd because it works ok in my other cameras.... Thanks for your answers!!!

    Let me explain myself again: I'm not talking about how fast is the camera, I'm talking about how fast it is writing just the first file after turning it on... In subsequent shots,times are Ok: Raw only and raw+jpg takes the same time in my camera 14secs

    Thanks Gary, I'm referring to the FIRST SHOT after turning the camera on. Second and next shots takes the usual 14secs to write. If it's the card, it would take long time to write the files EVERY TIME :), not only in the first one! My card is 45mb by the way. I was told that above 30mb it...

    I recently got a DP1m When I turn on the camera and shot a picture it takes 25 sec in writing to the card. Next shots only takes 14sec. If I turn off and on again, the first shot takes 25sec again. I shoot raw+jpg at high res. If I shoot jpg,I get longer time of writing in the first shot...
