Bournemouth Bay

Hi, I use to shoot with M4/3 and use to post a lot on the M4/3 site. I did own a Fuji XF1 for a short while and posted a few photo's on here. Now I am back with a Fuji X70 and loving it.

A photograph of my wife down at a beach side café near Bournemouth using a X70. Some slight editing in LR, mostly toning down any highlights and then converted to B&W in S/FX using Acros film simulation with a red filter.

Taken after midnight on January 1st 2016 with a Nikon D700 & 105mm f2.5 lens at f2.5 and one flash off camera.

Mine rarely locks in place, but it works fine.

I have the JJC auto cap and it makes the LX100 more convenient to use. I don't use UV/clear glass filters. I do use a ND filter sometimes and I might get a 43mm one. I wont have to resort to using the standard lens cap or if I had the Panasonic auto lens cap, keep taking the filter on/off all...

I saw these roses tied to separate fence posts and both were in small thin long pots, probably to hold water. While the bunch of roses were real, the fist one was artificial which I thought was a bit strange.
