Did anyone ever try this combo? I've just bought a 70-300mm macro that would become a 210mm-900mm using a 2x teleconverter over the the LA-EA1. One thing is for sure...this would probably be one tough combo to test your manual focusing skills.

Thanks, guys. I hadn't thought about localized noise removal, but it IS a great feature, as many times I ad clarity to skies which brings unwanted noise. It there any other software that allows this?

I´ve read a bunch of stuff about this matter but nothing like hearing from the users them selves. Which noise removal software obtains the best results? Speed is also a factor, but quality is the main thing.

This thread is amazing. I want this camera! BTW, how pocketable is it? Can you fit it comfortably in a jeans pocket or is it more like the LX3 which fits barely?

The Nex5 sensor is great as it is, but apparently the C3s' sensor is the same as the one on the pentax K5 and the nikon D7000...which is class leading regarding high iso. I would really hope that AF is faster though. The fact that is more compact is also cool to me (unlike 90% of others).

These photos look phenomenal! I'm sure I'll have a blast with this lens...though I'm a little mad about the fact that I've shipped my m mount to nex adapter by mistake along a lens I've sold :mad: I'll probably be looking at this lens sitting on my desk for a month before the new adapter...
