We are all shocked at what is unfolding in Paris. People killed at a concert, a soccer match, at restaurants....just cut down without mercy.
I was last there in 2005. To me, Paris will always be associated with romance, the arts, pavement cafes, architecture.
The people of France will rise above this, as we did in London and as Americans did after 9/11. We will never forget. But, time will heal.
My trip in 2005 was before I became interested in Photography. I had a Canon Ixus with a 5mb card. I am surprised at how these came out. I dug them out and show them here so we can see Paris as it was........and as it will always be (even after these terrible events).
