Three Serious Compacts on the Brooklyn Bridge

Took the Sony Rx1, Nikon V1 and 32/1.2 lens and Ricoh GR onto the Brooklyn Bridge.
Here is one photo from each. The Sony and Nikon wide open, the Ricoh at f/6.3.
Enjoy.

Nice shots. How did you catch them lenses wide open, manual focus maybe? Nikon has interesting bokeh and the warmer colors, maybe due to the time of the day...

Thanks serhan. The Nikon V1 is such a fast focusing camera, I let it do its own thing. For the Rx1 I pre-focus to a specific distance then take my shot. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Interesting and nice results.

The Sony has the colours and dare I say it, a Leica-like glow, but the GR has the detail, which is what I'm experiencing shooting with both cameras.

And (of course) the GR is wide enough to capture your shadow in the photograph!

Thanks for the comments. My wife enjoyed the Ricoh best, the Nikon second and the Sony third. The Ricoh was shot a bit later so not as warm as the other two. Yes, lots of joggers in the morning.
