Well it does work with the LX100 and GM5. I haven't been able to get it to "lock" in place but it seems secure enough even after filing off the extra plastic. I love the tilt and rotate. It's bigger than included flash but is still small enough to fit in the little pouch of the included flash.

Mine rarely locks in place, but it works fine.

Well it took a good bit more filing than I thought it would, but it now locks in place. It seems like the rubber gasket on the bottom is also part problem. The included Panasonic flash has a smooth bottom.
