Working on a rural house that has some old buildings on the property. Took a bit of time this morning to fire off a few shots with the 820nm converted P7100.

Hi Ken,
I really like these. My little bit of knowledge tells me that these are infra-red photos. Can you briefly explain what 820 nm is? I may Google it anyways, but thought the photos were good enough that an explanation might help everyone else here who has the same question. If this were a dedicated IR photo forum, I wouldn't bore you with the question.

I'd love to see more, btw. :2thumbs:
 
820nm (nanometer) is the wavelength I had a Nikon P7100 converted to. It's pretty much a black & white conversion as it returns a pure magenta image off the sensor.
