Minimal excellence. They could hang as a pair. Individually I prefer #2.
Me too actually, but I also like pictures of sheep
#1 for me.
I like the deep shadow of the foreground. It makes it feel as though you have stepped back from direct participation in the scene, but in doing so brings to mind the photographer.
For me, this is photography. Very nice, pastoral capture.
These are absolutely gorgeous!
Very nice images!
#2, but with a wider aspect ratio
I can't make it wider than the lens ...
Not wider, rather a wider aspect ratio. I feel that I'm being allowed too much freedom to look up and down when I really just want to view it from left to right and back again.
ah, but I like it as it is.
You could always try squinting ...
They are very good Paul - Oly XA?
Great Processing - well done
a wider 16 x 9 would be nice but that's easy to do in PP
I could never go back to film but I have just bought a DP3M … not used it yet ……… but there are some stunning deals on the DP1 …… but I reckon even with their 300mm f2.8 zoom, birding would be tough with a Merrill
If the DP3M works the DP1M must be very attractive for Landscapes
Just got to figure out how to process the Merrill files
