A7R and a Nikkor 105mm f2.5. A great lens for the Sony.
So do I (as a FF lover) just need to sell everything and get this one camera? Gorgeous shots.
Excellent shots. I was looking for that lens one time. Which version is that & how is that balance with the camera?
Three letters : WOW !
It`s a 1972 version, going to f 32 and originally coming with the F mount (now converted to AI), 5 elements in 4 groups, 7 iris blades. The balance is fine, the lens weights about 430 grams and the A7 grip really helps holding the combo easily with one hand. This is my first Nikkor and it won`t be my last, I`m really impressed with the optical performance and the build quality is superb. The next one on the wish list is the compact 85 f2.
It can do colors as well.
A few more with the Nikkor 105.
Lovely images. How much post processing was involved?
A7r & Nikkor 105mm f2.5.
Very nice Retow! Love the one of the boat!
Don't forget to post to the A7/r thread! It needs more photos!
Can you please post of pic w/Lens attached. Curious about size.
These were all ooc jpegs with standard in camera setting as aperture does not support raws yet. Then exported into silver efex pro and converted into B&W by using one of its pre-formats with a particular film look added on top.
