I carry one SD card in my wallet in the little flat plastic pack, and two of the LaCie 32 gb "key"-style USB drives next to the SD card. It adds very little thickness, but even that may be too much for thin billfold-style wallets. My wallet (actually 2nd of 2) zips up so the little cards aren't likely to fall out.
