What a wonderful title! And he's gotten some very nice shots, too.

I must keep repeating my mantra: "I am not in the market, I am not in the market..." ad infinitum!

You're not only in the market, you have a cart and hearing "clean up on aisle V1!"

I still have the V1. Tried to sell it but interest was very low. Perhaps a good thing as I should give it another whirl.

    Do you have the FT1?
That and an AF-S 85mm 1.8 was the game changer for me.

Not this time, Bruce, because we've just purchased a new old house and have much work ($$$$) to do before we can live in it.

I do very well living vicariously!

That house looks so awesome, BB. Great setting as well. All sorts of things to photograph, once you have the projects done (or during!)

He seems really impressed with the multipoint AF. I always use the center point myself. Maybe I should take a walk on the wild side.

    Awesome images!

Did I read the specs on the FT1 correctly that it has VR built in? It has to be that it just allows the len's built-in VR to work (if it is there), right?

If I'm understanding the question correctly, the adaptor does not have "built in" VR per se, just contacts that allow AF-S, VR lenses to work normally with the V1...

I'm also starting to feel the V1+FT1 GAS gaining momentum, especially since I have the Nikon DSLR already.
But there's also the Sigma DP2M coming, and my wife has some odd opinion that things not related to photogaphy might actually have a higher priority.
    Life is hard!
