Thanks John, unfortunately every scene was actors were seated at a restaurant table and I was in the audience, there wasn't a big variety of stuff to shoot.

Very expressive photos, Gary. These young folks look very talented.

What's the story behind photo #3?

"Check Please" is about first dates and meeting in a restaurant. On this meeting one of the daters shows up wearing a burlap sack as a dinner jacket.

Burlap? Not so different from beat up tweed jackets I used to favor in my youth, lol.

The asian looking fellow in the mustache makes me think of Digital Rev's Kai when he does his "some other guy" character.

  7. Great stage shots. These can be trickey to get right.

I'm trying to figure out why he wore a burlap jacket... eccentric, or broke?

Thanks Dave. The main problem with high school productions is high school kids on the lights.

The play wasn't that deep Chris ... first date, your date shows up in burlap ... "Check Please ..."

These are great. I wonder if I will see any of these kids at the Edinburgh Fringe one of these years. So many come over to put on shows.

What kit are you shooting with?

Thank you Karen. One of the Whitney kids may be going to University of Glasgow ... would that count? (sorta close to Edinburgh...)

I was stuck in the audience so no dramatic lighting opportunities.
