    Just goes to show you don't need a maxi-gluteal sensor to produce a really nice image. If I took a shot that nice, I just might retire and rest on my laurels.

    Nice photo Lili, I've seen some photos where they make close ups by using a pentax Q on cheap manual vintage teles, imagine the crop factor :).

    thanks! I ought to have given this about a stop more exposure,would not have been so noisy.But i was leaning over balcony railing shooting this handheld.
    Tonight I have a better plan ;)

    I imagine the Q would do well at this!

    Tonight, full stop more exposure, used 'intelligent zoom' (full resolution digital zoom 60X)

    nice and sharp...we have a nice sliver moon tonight. And there is supposed to be a meteor shower tonight. I may try a few night sky shots if I don;t get too sleepy.

    Yeah lot's more texture and the moon has opened up and those craters on the verge of light really make it pop!

    I am now your "obligé" - Now that's where we see that it has mountains, there is a serious indent on the right slightly lower than the quarter, another amazing thing is the impact towards the south with some "lines" that leave from the crater.
