Okay. I'll dive in. Farmall tractors were a model and brand-name of affordable and tough small tractors, made by International Harvester for small/family farms, over 5 decades, from 1920 to 1970. They had the same reputation for low cost and high quality as the early Ford Model T automobiles, way back when. And their bright red color was always a distinctive badge. Here's an old Farmall driving down main street during a parade, in the small Oregon town where I live. An image which is almost emblematic of a bygone age, when things didn't cost as much, were simpler and easier to fix....and ran forever.

On Day 10, I noticed that all the chunky green weeds along the Charles have given up the ghost.

Think this will be my last for this challenge...

I cant get out and nothing I shoot at the moment is relevant to the topic. Here's my last, the acacia starts blooming in August...

My grandfather had several Farmalls. My father had a couple and I had a couple also. Miss them. Great simple work horses.

Love it! I didn't do my homework - didn't know they didn't make them any more. I always wave extra hard at the Farmalls in our 4th of July Parade - they're always represented!
