Tis the Holiday Season - but down at our local small-town supermarket, there are always stuffed toys in evidence, come rain or shine or, lately, brutal winter snowstorms. But the small large-eyed stuffed beasties ('Squeeze Me' they say) don't seem to care...

Taken with my tiny LX7, using the 'Miniature' (aka Diorama) in-camera filter effect....which I am getting to be quite fond of.
I had a Kindle 1 and I know some folks that still do. IIRC, you could actually change the battery on the first one. This made them last forever, which is why they "fixed" that problem. If you just read books, they still work just fine.
Works great overseas as most countries support whispernet. It will go with me on an upcoming 2 month trip to Goa India
