snapped some quick shots with my new G15...the af speed is a bit faster than the G12. the camera handles nicely even though it's noticeably more svelte than it's predecessor.

Love that first shot, although if I'm not mistaken it's a highly invasive species, at least in the Caribbean where it has no natural enemies?

That's awesome Chile! Are you using any flash or artificial lighting for the photos?

Never tried it myself, but the Canon G-series cameras were always popular as underwater cameras. Great series of photos, thanks for sharing!

Thank you. For lighting, I use 2 Sea and Sea YS02 strobes.

    some newer stuff ;)

    skunkanemonefishcurl_zps149a4d61.

    softcoral_zps085891b7.

    fancrinoidsandadam_zps083d1fec.

    lionwall_zps75422caf.

although the RX100 has better IQ and better range of aperture settings, I am not disappointed with the G15.

Good stuff. Your first Lion Fish is classic and I like the colors of the Nudibranch ... the Cuttlefish is very cutte, nice capture.

Excellent stuff! I've never even been diving much less done underwater photography. It's fun to see things like this that I will likely never experience and some of your shots are astounding in their beautiful simplicity and composition. Hats off.

That G15 for sure works well.

yes, it is...I've been in way too much of a hurry lately to get things just right.
